Valley Electric/Valley Communications Plan Services includes 1 (or more) Voice over Internet Protocol (“VoIP”) lines within Your Plan Services, and for other plans, Valley Electric/Valley Communications offers options to add 1 or more VoIP lines to Your Services. In either case, Services for the VoIP line(s) shall be referred to as “VoIP Service”, for which the following additional terms shall apply:
- Operator Assisted Calling, 311, 511 and other X11 Calling
Valley Electric/Valley Communications does not support 0+ or operator-assisted calling (including, without limitation, third party billing calls, collect calls, 900 calls, or calling card calls). Your Plan Service may not support any 211, 311, 411, 511, and/or other N11 calling (except as otherwise set forth in these TOS) in 1 or more service areas. - Additional Licenses
The Plan Services may also be subject to the additional terms of certain software licenses, which are available here:
