- All contracts are signed.
- Payments have been received.
- Rights-of-way are complete.
- Required inspections have passed.
Scheduling typically takes 1–2 weeks, although timelines may vary depending on workload, weather, material availability, and emergency outage restoration. Existing member outages always take priority over new construction.
